He holds a Master’s Degree in Linguistics from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, and has been a Lecturer at various universities in Santiago, teaching English Phonetics & Phonology and Linguistics for the last 10 years.
He has been in the tourism industry for over 20 years now. He began as a receptionist and room-service operator in two different hotels. Then, he worked as a translator and interpreter for different companies in Santiago. After that, he moved on to working as a tour guide and, finally, as a tour manager.
In his free time, he likes to read, listen to music and go to the cinema but what he really loves is having a nice conversation with people from foreign countries, sharing a glass of wine/juice, learning about their life-style, the places they have been to, and the amusing and amazing stories they have to tell.
